Since 2001, Aaction Overhead Door has been Austin’s trusted source for garage and specialty doors. What began in our founder’s own garage and have grown into a family-owned company serving homeowners, builders and businesses across Central Texas.

Our Story

Brian’s journey started in 1995, installing garage door openers for Sears. Over the years, he became certified by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA) in both residential and commercial garage doors. His dedication to the industry led him to serve on the International Door Association (IDA) Board of Directors for the Southwest region.

In 2001, Brian founded Aaction Overhead Door. With hard work and family support, the business grew from a single garage to a trusted name across Austin. Today, all three of Brian’s children proudly carry on the tradition, ensuring every customer is treated like a neighbor, because that’s exactly what they are.
